Today is Fun in the Sun and Snow Day. The team took a trip to Valcartier Village Vacances, North America's largest winter playland. Think ski resort, sans skis and snowboards; replace them with rubber tubes, 12 passenger rafts and round tornades (big circular rafts). Imagine riding these down over 35 runs. It's crazy, exhilarating and freezing at the same time. There are some crazy runs with names to match like Everest, Tornado, Himalayas, etc. Yep, for all you physics nuts out there, Height equals speed...crazy speed. To say the team and families had fun is probably slightly understated. We spent around five hours out there although if it was up to the players; they could probably stayed another five. The billet families acknowledged all players slept well last night. I'm sure that goes for the adults too.
